    Do I need a CRM to use TopLine?

    No. TopLine Enterprise is a complete platform that delivers full value standalone. If you have a CRM, we interface with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and many others.

    What's the contract length?

    Annual and multi-year contract options available. Most customers start with an annual agreement; enterprise rollouts often choose multi-year for scoped predictability.

    How long does implementation take?

    Most teams are connected in week one, trained in week two, and closing with TopLine by week three. Larger or multi-region rollouts may extend into a phased deployment.

    What about security and compliance?

    SOC 2 Type II, encryption at rest and in transit, SSO + SCIM, and data residency options for global teams. MSA, DPA, and BAA available.
